Olen harrastajavalokuvaaja Suomesta ja olen harrastanut valokuvausta jo noin 50 vuotta. Kiinnostuin enemmän lintuvalokuvauksesta, kun jäin pois töistä 2016. Kun kuvia sekä tarinoita on alkanut kertyä, niin päätin tehdä kotisivut, jotta voisin kertoa muillekin lintujen ihmeellisestä maailmasta kuvin ja muutamin sanoin.
Vietän nykyisin kesän Suomessa ja talven Portugalin etelä-osassa Algarvessa.
Näin olen myös jakanut lintusivustoni kahteen osaan: Suomen ja Algarven lintuihin.
Olen aloittanut sivujen tekemisen keväällä 2024 ja vielä on paljon lisättävää eli käy silloin tällöin katsomassa mitä on tullut lisää.

I am an amateur photographer from Finland and I have been doing photography for about 50 years. I became more interested in bird photography when I left work in 2016. When pictures and stories started to accumulate, I decided to make a website so that I could tell others about the wonderful world of birds with pictures and a few words.
I currently spend the summer in Finland and the winter in the Algarve, southern part of Portugal.
This is also how I have divided my bird website into two parts: the birds of Finland and the birds of Algarve.
I have started these pages in spring 2024 and there is still a lot to add so please visit time to time to see what new has been added.
